​Excellent Service and Beautiful Results! ​We recently used The Designery for a major update to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled everything from designing our new cabinet layout to the final installation of both the cabinets and our new flooring. ​With a toddler, a newborn, and a dog, our old hardwood floors were getting absolutely chipped and destroyed by falling toys and sliding paws. The Designery helped us switch to LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), and it has been a game-changer. It looks absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, it’s incredibly durable and built for our current chaotic phase of life! ​Overall, they did a fantastic job. We did experience a few hiccups along the way, but they were completely outside of The Designery's control—the cabinet vendor shipped the incorrect items, which caused a minor delay. What impressed me most was how The Designery handled it: they moved incredibly quickly to resolve the issue, stayed very friendly and communicative, and coordinated the logistics in a very timely manner to get us back on track. ​Their customer service and efficiency really shine when things don't go perfectly. I would 100% recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future! Special shout-out to Keystone Handyman for installing the flooring (purchased through The Designery). Excellent. I can't recommend both companies enough. We needed a vent moved from under the cabinet to just outside the cabinet and without hesitation (it was a special request) had it taken care of within the hour). I went into The Designery in Cleveland after I had already met with a few other cabinet designers and I met with Terry. After going over the plans that I had prepared And after her recommendation on some of the cabinets, she came out to my house and did a thorough job, looking at the layout and taking measurements. She even made some suggestions for alterations that were better suited for my kitchen. Even though I changed my mind two or three times on my countertops, she always helped me with a smile on her face. She was always available to answer my questions either by text, a phone call or stopping in the store. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to give you her best to make you happy. I would highly recommend this company, and especially having Terry assist you to get the beautiful kitchen you've always wanted. In addition, the gentlemen who came out to do the install were very professional and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with the finished product. Do not think twice about going with this company and having Terry help you.

I have a home in Florida That was damaged from Hurricane Helene. Living in cleveland I went to the designery to look at cabinets for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Sean was absolutely amazing. He designed new baths and kitchens for me from old photos and approximate measurements. Once I got a contractor in Florida to get precise measurements he finalized the plans with those measurements. He was so patient as I vasilated back and forth over which cabinet style and finsh I wanted. Once the cabinets were delivered and installed I realized that we needed to change a base cabinet and we needed to expediate the order because my renters move in date was fast approaching. Sean reached out to the manufacturer and just about moved mountains to get this expedited and to me timely. THen came the difficulties of working with the flood insurance company and FEMA.. Sean Has provided me with detailed invoices, cost comparisons and every other piece of info insurance is requiring in order to pay my claim. This has taken him considerable time as the insurance company is very demanding. He has provided this information quickly and with a lot of patience for what I have been dealing with. I was able to reach out to him 24/7 to get any issue resolved during the project. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the experience of working with him. I would surely work with him again and recommend his services. Actually I would rate him a 10 out of 5.

The Designery in Cleveland helped us immensely with the remodeling of our master bathroom. Joey and Terri were excellent to work with on designing and scheduling, while the installers did great work on the cabinetry, vanity, tub surround, trim, and flooring. Their work was performed on-time and the results look awesome!
