Rebecca and Ted are both passionate about home improvement and have a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry.
Rebecca has a degree in electrical engineering and has worked in the lighting control industry for over 10 years. She has experience in new product design, product quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, plant management, and supply chain management. Ted has a degree in math and education and has worked as a middle and high school math teacher. He is also a stay-at-home dad and takes care of their two young children.
