I have a home in Florida That was damaged from Hurricane Helene. Living in cleveland I went to the designery to look at cabinets for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Sean was absolutely amazing. He designed new baths and kitchens for me from old photos and approximate measurements. Once I got a contractor in Florida to get precise measurements he finalized the plans with those measurements. He was so patient as I vasilated back and forth over which cabinet style and finsh I wanted. Once the cabinets were delivered and installed I realized that we needed to change a base cabinet and we needed to expediate the order because my renters move in date was fast approaching. Sean reached out to the manufacturer and just about moved mountains to get this expedited and to me timely. THen came the difficulties of working with the flood insurance company and FEMA.. Sean Has provided me with detailed invoices, cost comparisons and every other piece of info insurance is requiring in order to pay my claim. This has taken him considerable time as the insurance company is very demanding. He has provided this information quickly and with a lot of patience for what I have been dealing with. I was able to reach out to him 24/7 to get any issue resolved during the project. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the experience of working with him. I would surely work with him again and recommend his services. Actually I would rate him a 10 out of 5.

The Designery in Cleveland helped us immensely with the remodeling of our master bathroom. Joey and Terri were excellent to work with on designing and scheduling, while the installers did great work on the cabinetry, vanity, tub surround, trim, and flooring. Their work was performed on-time and the results look awesome!

We had a great experience working with Joey at the Designery in Cleveland. Joey took the time to show us options and designs meet our budget. He also checked in with us multiple times during the installation process. We would definitely work with Joey again!
