Had some extra time so I popped into this new cabinet store. The store had all these beautiful samples displayed everywhere , the woman I talked to asked me a lot of questions about my project that I wasn’t even thinking about. I left with notes on my favorite stone options and what door style I liked best. Learned a lot about counters and cabinets. Will definitely be back!

Great experience! The staff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. They offer a wide variety of quality products and really take the time to understand what you're looking for instead of trying to sell you something you don't need. The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate or update their home.

We just renovated our kitchen and Win was incredible from start to finish. He helped every step of the way. He was honest with his thoughts and ideas, because we didn't even know where to begin! Every time I walk into my gorgeous new kitchen. I thank Win!

The Designery did excellent work from the beginning of planning my new kitchen to installing cabinets and countertops. They coordinated with the plumber and others to keep our project on track. They have been so easy to work with. Our new kitchen is perfect thanks to them!

​Excellent Service and Beautiful Results! ​We recently used The Designery for a major update to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled everything from designing our new cabinet layout to the final installation of both the cabinets and our new flooring. ​With a toddler, a newborn, and a dog, our old hardwood floors were getting absolutely chipped and destroyed by falling toys and sliding paws. The Designery helped us switch to LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), and it has been a game-changer. It looks absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, it’s incredibly durable and built for our current chaotic phase of life! ​Overall, they did a fantastic job. We did experience a few hiccups along the way, but they were completely outside of The Designery's control—the cabinet vendor shipped the incorrect items, which caused a minor delay. What impressed me most was how The Designery handled it: they moved incredibly quickly to resolve the issue, stayed very friendly and communicative, and coordinated the logistics in a very timely manner to get us back on track. ​Their customer service and efficiency really shine when things don't go perfectly. I would 100% recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future! Special shout-out to Keystone Handyman for installing the flooring (purchased through The Designery). Excellent. I can't recommend both companies enough. We needed a vent moved from under the cabinet to just outside the cabinet and without hesitation (it was a special request) had it taken care of within the hour). This photo is at about 95% completion.

Liz spent countless hours showing us options for cabinets, countertops, lighting, paint, sinks/faucets and flooring, guiding us as we selected products that were both high quality and affordable. We relied on Liz’s recommendations and now enjoy a beautiful and practical kitchen. And we can’t say enough about Mike; he was incredible…always on time, a great communicator, checking constantly to ensure we were pleased with his craftsmanship and meticulously cleaning after every task. He ensured we had a workable sink and temporary countertops while we awaited the quartz installation and even moved our refrigerator and microwave several times for our convenience. Mike handled everything – teardown, wall repair, cabinet installation, tile, plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting. We wholeheartedly recommend The Designery!

We had an excellent experience with The Designery! Julie was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were challenged with limited storage space in our older home, but she rose to the challenge and designed beautiful, functional solutions for every area—including our primary closet, secondary bedroom closets, coat closet, and pantry. Julie listened to our needs and created custom spaces that maximize storage while still looking amazing. We absolutely love our new closets and pantry, and the entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. We worked with The Designery to completely redesign our master bathroom. Allie and Robert were amazing to work with. They helped us find a fantastic contractor, had a multitude of in-shop materials to review and select from, and put together a design that has been absolutely fantastic. The Designery transformed the last remaining eye-sore in our home to a simply beautiful and tranquil oasis that we get to enjoy on a daily basis. I met with Julie Barker and her design consultant to discuss my bathroom remodel project. They were both extremely helpful in assisting with a thoughtful, complimentary design for the bathroom tile, vanity wood selection, countertop and bathtub tile. I highly recommend them for design projects!

It was a great experience working with Shanty picking out the floors for our basement . She recommended the right floors for our requirement . There were plenty of colors to choose from . Working with Jill, Kerri, and Rob was great! Kerri designed a beautiful kitchen renovation, and worked with us through countless iterations and requests to finally land on something that we loved and was within budget. The communication from Jill was top notch, and I was grateful to have someone to message every time we had a question on design, materials, timeline, budget, or issues. Questions were answered quickly (even on weekends). We’re so grateful for the work the Designery team put in to create our dream kitchen!

I went into The Designery in Cleveland after I had already met with a few other cabinet designers and I met with Terry. After going over the plans that I had prepared And after her recommendation on some of the cabinets, she came out to my house and did a thorough job, looking at the layout and taking measurements. She even made some suggestions for alterations that were better suited for my kitchen. Even though I changed my mind two or three times on my countertops, she always helped me with a smile on her face. She was always available to answer my questions either by text, a phone call or stopping in the store. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to give you her best to make you happy. I would highly recommend this company, and especially having Terry assist you to get the beautiful kitchen you've always wanted. In addition, the gentlemen who came out to do the install were very professional and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with the finished product. Do not think twice about going with this company and having Terry help you.

The Designery did an excellent job on my closet. Angela came out did measurements and a diagram in short order. Everything was ordered and delivered as promised. Also we had some unexpected commitments and Designery was great to work with by rescheduling things around our needs. We highly recommend them.
