I have a home in Florida That was damaged from Hurricane Helene. Living in cleveland I went to the designery to look at cabinets for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Sean was absolutely amazing. He designed new baths and kitchens for me from old photos and approximate measurements. Once I got a contractor in Florida to get precise measurements he finalized the plans with those measurements. He was so patient as I vasilated back and forth over which cabinet style and finsh I wanted. Once the cabinets were delivered and installed I realized that we needed to change a base cabinet and we needed to expediate the order because my renters move in date was fast approaching. Sean reached out to the manufacturer and just about moved mountains to get this expedited and to me timely. THen came the difficulties of working with the flood insurance company and FEMA.. Sean Has provided me with detailed invoices, cost comparisons and every other piece of info insurance is requiring in order to pay my claim. This has taken him considerable time as the insurance company is very demanding. He has provided this information quickly and with a lot of patience for what I have been dealing with. I was able to reach out to him 24/7 to get any issue resolved during the project. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the experience of working with him. I would surely work with him again and recommend his services. Actually I would rate him a 10 out of 5.

Our experience with The Designery Rochester was really wonderful! We had an 80's kitchen that lacked storage and desperately needed to be put out to pasture. 🤣 Jessi drew up a beautiful kitchen design that is very accessible and functional. We love every detail and enjoy washing dishes in our Blanco sink as well as wiping down our granite countertops. The island is so pretty and the drawer microwave is Uber cool! 😎 Jessi and her team have created the kitchen of our dreams for us🥰

We bought a home with Fieldstone cabinets. We were looking for some modifications and saw on their national site that the local distributor was The Designery Columbus. We placed a call to Mike and he came out to look at the job. He gave us all our options and we were able to find some solutions to our unique needs. We appreciated their prompt response, thorough, communication, and eventual installation of the items we needed. We would highly recommend working with The Designery Columbus.

The Designery provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had! Julie was amazing and helped me to create truly custom master, office, laundry and pantry closets. She also worked with me in my quest to find the perfect powder room vanity. Every detail was taken into consideration and communication was excellent. Installation team did a great job too. They were prompt and professional. I am looking forward to working with Allie and Robert on our next project which will be a kitchen backsplash and master bath renovation. Jessi and the team at The Designery truly gave me an experience that was out of this world. We knew that we wanted to remodel our bathroom, but only had just a few ideas in mind. The Designery exceeded my expectations! Julie was amazing to work with. She listened to my needs and wants while curating the perfect designs for my spaces. We started with the primary closet and connected laundry area. I had other designs/quotes and Julie was the clear winner. I immediately knew she listened! It turned out so well, I immediately asked her to help with finalizing my new mudroom space and the entry way closet. The amount of storage I have now vs before The Designery is actually shocking. There are not enough words and stars to say how happy I am with my finished projects as well as the overall experiece and professionalism of this team. Thank you so very much!
