Our Story
How did The Designery become what we are today? It all starts with Casey and Dustin Ridley, two brothers living in Georgia. They did everything together growing up, and that has smoothly transferred into their adult lives as they successfully run their business. After purchasing the company from their uncle in 2019, the Ridley brothers improved the business model, its scalability, and incorporated design services to grow the business to what it is today, The Designery

Casey Ridley, President
Casey Ridley is a seasoned entrepreneur and Founder and President of The Designery, a thriving venture at the forefront of the home services industry. With extensive entrepreneurial experience, Casey has firmly established himself as a dynamic and results-driven business leader.
Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Concentration in Supply Operations from the University of Georgia. Beginning his journey as a pre-med student pursuing surgical medicine, Casey quickly fell into a path of entrepreneurship and immersed himself in the world of business. In June of 2019, Casey acquired a modest surplus company from his uncle. Following a strategic overhaul of the business model and validating the concept through sustained growth and rapid expansion, Casey embarked on a mission to franchise The Designery nationwide and establish it as a household name.
In addition to spearheading The Designery, Casey is a serial entrepreneur—the proud owner of Cold Creek, a restaurant honored as the Best Sports Bar in Georgia in 2023, an astute real estate investor, and a leader in multiple other ventures. In his free time, Casey enjoys international travel, playing tennis and golf, and participating as a guest speaker on business podcasts. Casey continues to lead with vision and passion, leaving an indelible mark on both the industries and communities he serves.
