The Owners

Sigil Simon and Neena Simon are the dynamic duo owners in Houston and surrounding cities.

Sigil has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University. He has been successful as a serial entrepreneur for over twenty years with much of his professional career in real-estate investing and development, as well as managing a few small businesses, too.

Neena has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. She started her professional career as a high school business teacher before working at Lockheed Martin as a financial analyst. Shortly after, she returned to her roots in the education sector to help Principals select the best teachers for their campuses and eventually stepping into program and project management for the leadership development team prior to being a business owner.

Neena focuses on the operational/logistical side of The Designery while Sigil utilizes his background in business development and construction. Neither of them are new to commercial or home improvement projects, including fully custom homes from ground-up in addition to new construction and remodeling/renovations.

They enjoy serving the greater Houston community.
