My overall experience was horrible! It was intentionally slow and uncaring. Here it goes: I walked into the store on a Saturday and met a wonderful energetic women, with GREAT design ideas she encouraged me to make an appointment for that following Monday. When I walked in, it was a totally different very stoic crew. None the less I proceeded and scheduled a measurement appoint for March 18. (of course, no follow-up, I had to call to asked what the next steps were). They apologized and said that the had to next meeting would be a design one which was held on April 1st. On April 12th we finally got a design that I was pleased with (all done on-line back and forth through emails) Of course, I heard nothing about next steps. On April 29th I called back and asked if I could come in and finalize things. They said of course! So, an appointment was made on May 5th where I spent about an hour finalizing flooring, cabinetry etc. They informed me that I would get a price quote by weeks end. Now, it's May 27th (of course I called). The design person apologized and said that the quote will be sent over today. (Of course I got NOTHING) Now you tell me the nightmare that would happen if I proceeded. When I complained about my experience, they wrote: "I'm sorry to hear that, if you change your mind, we'd be happy to help." I know now that they had NO intention of completing my project!
