Reggie Pulliam and his family of three have been active community members and business owners in Coastal Alabama since they moved-in 9 years ago. After owning and operating several local businesses (including Coastal Alabama Insurance, Coastal Alabama Construction and Development, and Coastal Alabama Cooling) Reggie saw an unfulfilled opportunity to increase the quality and value of home remodeling and renovations. Combining this need with his passion for entrepreneurship and community support, The Designery Coastal Alabama came to life. Whether it's getting your dream kitchen into your family home or flipping for a short-term rental, Reggie and The Designery Pros of Coastal Alabama are ready for the job.
Delia Pierce was born and raised in Baldwin County and loves the area. She is married to Rick Pierce, and they have 3 beautiful children. Delia values family time greatly and you will often find her at the oldest 2 children’s sporting events, cooking with her youngest child in the kitchen, spending time together on the water, enjoying walks in nature, or watching movies on the couch.
Delia has been working in the construction industry as a “design-build” contractor for the last 25 years. She has designed and contracted over 100 custom homes and remodels in Baldwin County. Delia worked with homeowners from concept to completion starting with space planning, moving through blueprint design, budgeting, the construction process, and into the move in phase at the completion of their custom home.
She is recognized by clients, fellow builders, and others in the industry as being a front runner in custom home design and implementation. Her passion for helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces is evident in her designs, and her desire is for every design to be unique to the client. Her philosophy is “one size DOES NOT fit all” when it comes to space planning and design elements. Delia has fresh new ideas, enjoys developing relationships with the clients to better her understanding of their needs for their project, and truly desires bringing JOY into the process that could potentially be stressful.
When offered the opportunity to work with The Designery, Delia saw the numerous possibilities. It offered her a chance to narrow her focus in a field she’s passionate about, while continuing to use her skills and experience to help both the clients and the business as it grows.
