The original layout featured a bulky peninsula that restricted flow and limited seating options. Dark countertops and heavy wood cabinetry made the room feel smaller and less inviting.
By removing the peninsula and introducing a large, multifunctional island, the design now offers improved traffic flow, generous seating, and expanded storage. Deep drawers in the island provide easy access to cookware and small appliances, while custom cabinetry maximizes vertical space. The new layout creates a seamless connection between cooking, dining, and entertaining.
The updated aesthetic combines crisp white cabinetry with a warm wood-tone island for a timeless look. A patterned backsplash adds visual interest, complemented by a custom range hood and elegant pendant lighting.
